If you are interested in any piece, please email me.   Because pieces are made by hand, I'll confirm availability, prices, your mailing address, shipping costs and production time by return email or by phone if that is more convenient for you.  I take custom orders so let me know what you want and I'll let you know if I can create it for you.

Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is very important to me.  When you make your purchase, I do everything I can to make sure your are completely happy about your new piece.

  • The jewelry is made to last a very long time with appropriate wearing and care. If there is a manufacturing defect such as a defective clasp, I will repair the piece free of charge during the first year of purchase.  I will need to see the piece to determine if it hasn't been inadvertently damaged after shipping.  Please allow for natural variations in stones and beads and in similar pieces as each is individually handcrafted.

  • If your piece is not the right size for you, I will resize depending on the availability of the stones or beads free of charge.  For certain handcrafted or more expensive components, I will charge a nominal fee for resizing. 

  • If you feel the purchase you have made is not quite what you wanted, let me know by email or phone .  Returns and exchanges can only be made within 10 days after purchase or shipping.  A restocking fee applies if you return is received after 10 days.  I will give you merchandise credit or refund less a restocking fee if applicable.  The item must be in its original unused and unaltered condition.  Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Please do not return your purchase without first contacting me.  I insist that you insure your return if you are not able to return the piece to me in person. All shipping fees will be  your responsibility.

  • For purchases made in person from me at a show, open house or trunk show,  you are able to try on the piece and decide if it is what you want.  If for some reason you are not satisfied after making your purchase, please email or call me as soon as possible. 

Payment

  • I accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks for website and show purchases and Paypal for my auctions.  I'm currently making arrangements to accept credit cards.  For website orders, please allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear before merchandise is shipped.

  • Texas residents - There will be a sales tax charge of 6.75%.

  • There is a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.  I will contact you about any payment discrepancies. 

Shipping

  • I use the United States Postal Service.

  • There is a flat fee of $6.00 including insurance. 

  • If you would like your order sooner, let me know and I will figure Priority Mail fees.

  • For international orders, I will use the USPS website to calculate shipping costs.

  • Once payment has been processed, I will email you notification of your merchandise ship date.

Privacy

  • The information I gather on you as my customer (name, address, nature of purchase, etc.) will not be sold or shared with anyone unless I receive your approval.

  • I will ask you if you wish to receive coupons or sale notifications via email.  This is strictly opt-in.
